Luxury on safari is not marble. It is a camp of eight tents in a private concession, a guide who is yours for the week, a light aircraft that lands on a strip ten minutes from the lodge, and a day that bends around what you want to do. Safari Continents Travel luxury routes are the itineraries where that is the standard.
Expect fully inclusive stays on most nights: all meals and selected drinks, two activities a day, and transfers between camp and airstrip. Private vehicles, private guides and spa treatments are included only where the itinerary says so, and the quote lists them plainly so there are no surprises.
Southern Africa is where this style was perfected. Botswana's Okavango Delta and the private concessions beside Chobe are known for small camps and water activities, the Sabi Sands reserves beside the Kruger offer private game viewing with off-road driving, and Cape Town's hotels and the winelands make a polished start.
